Event Submission Form


Event Submission Guidelines
:


Preferred Method
:  To make sure that we receive all the information necessary to post your event in a timely manner we suggest you use the Event Submission Form below.  Submitting events at least 3-5 days prior to the event is suggested.


Additional Methods:
Submit to events@southcoasthappenings.com
  1. Typed into a regular email and emailed to us.
  2.  Notepad or Word Document emailed to us.
Other files to send in addition to the above:
  1. PDF Files
  2. Forms in Word (ie. sport registration forms)
  3. JPEG Files: JPEG Files can be submitted with a text. 
PDF, JPEGS and Forms can be attached to your event on the calendar to allow viewers to click on a link to view and/or download to their own computer.

**Please do not submit
JPEG or PDF files of posters or flyers without written text accompanying it. Due to the large amount of event submission we are not able to retype all the information from them into formattable text, event will not be posted.**


Posting Charge
:


Businesses with Banner Ads: No charge. We post, advertise and promote any events held by the Businesses who have Banner Ad agreements with us as as part of Banner Ad subscription.

Businesses without Banner Ads: Please email our Advertising Department for details. If you would like you can submit the event using the form below and in the comment section type "Please supply quote to advertise this event" and we will gladly get back to you. We have many different options and we are confident we can work with you to fit your budget. We can offer you one time rates for featuring your event on the home page of South Coast Happenings, on the Community Calendar, the weekly e-newsletter or on all  three.

Small Non-Profits
: No Charge

Medium Non-Profits

Discounted Non-Profit Rate depending on volume of events held during the year. Email us for rates.

Large Non-Profits
